Assessment and rehabilitation is generally based within the Alive and Well Health Club, Warrington, a modern fully equipped health club, providing the ideal setting for exercise rehabilitation. The club boasts the latest Technogym™ strength and cardiovascular training equipment and a 70m2 aerobic studio providing a sprung surface for the more dynamic late stage exercises. The club is located less than one mile from junction 10 of the M62 and 2 miles from junction 20 of the M6 and therefore is easily accessible for patients from the whole of the North-West.

The clinic within the club is fully equipped to provide all standard musculoskeletal treatments for acute soft tissue injuries, swollen joints and inhibited muscles. Alongside the standard equipment the clinic boasts isometric dynamometry equipment to measure muscle strength and EMG to measure muscle activity. Gait and postural analysis can also be provided within the clinic, with analysis undertaken using the latest Quintic™ software.
